BRIAN BRAZZO, M.D.
Dr. Brian Brazzo is a gifted and talented surgeon who specializes in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Brazzo graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1992 and completed 6 additional years of training in ophthalmology and plastic surgery. He is a Board certified ophthalmologist and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York and Director of Oculoplastics at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Brazzo is an Attending Surgeon at New York Eye & and Ear Infirmary, New York Presbyterian Hospital and the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Greater New York. |

NAVID HAKIMIAN , M.D.
Dr. Navid Hakimian is a graduate of Tufts Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He was Chief Resident in ophthalmology at Stony Brook University Hospital in 1995 and completed a Fellowship in retinal diseases and surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1997. Dr. Hakimian is a Board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating retinal diseases of the eye. |

JOHN J. KIM, M.D.
Dr. John J. Kim is a Board certified ophthalmologist. He is the former Director of Residency in charge of training the new physicians at the Montefiore Medical Center. He was also the Director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center. He served as Ophthalmology Instructor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Kim is currently the Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Elbert Einstein College of Medicine. He is also a member of the Medical Board of Directors for the Eye-Bank for Sight Restoration.
After completing his pre-med education from Columbia University, he received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Kim is Fellowship trained in Cornea and Refractive Surgery from the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He serves as an attending surgeon at Montefiore Medical Center, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Jacobi Medical Center, North Central Bronx Hospital and the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Greater New York. Dr. Kim specializes in complex surgical cases. He performs Cataract, LASIK, Glaucoma and Corneal Transplant Surgeries. |

JEROME H. LEVY, M.D., F.A.C.S., SURGEON DIRECTOR
Dr. Jerome Levy received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1966. Dr. Levy co-founded and serves as Medical Director and attending surgeon of the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Greater New York. The Ambulatory Surgery Center is a Medicare-certified same day surgery center licensed by the State of New York. Dr. Levy is also the co-founder and currently serves as Surgeon Director of New York Eye Surgery Center. At New York Eye, Dr. Levy and his associate physicians serve more than 20,000 patients each year. Dr. Levy is a Board certified ophthalmologist whose specialized training includes cataract and laser surgery, treatment of glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy and refractive and LASIK surgery. Dr. Levy is a highly skilled and compassionate surgeon with extensive knowledge on all eye conditions. |

ESTELA V. OGISTE, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Estela Ogiste is a 1997 graduate of the Weill Medical College at Cornell University and the Rockefeller University. She is Director of Ophthalmology at North General Hospital and Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She served as the lead investigator for a Sight Savers Grant from the Congressional Glaucoma Caucus. Dr. Ogiste is a Board certified ophthalmologist and attending surgeon of the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Greater New York and she offers her patients excellence in clinical and surgical skills. |

FIONA PATHY, M.D.
Dr. Fiona Pathay is a 1997 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is a Board certified ophthalmologist who completed her ophthalmic training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in The Bronx. Dr. Pathay is an attending ophthalmologist at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Greater New York, Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital, where she has received multiple awards for clinical and surgical education of residents. Dr. Pathay is a well trained diagnostician and proficient ophthalmic surgeon. |

DAMON J. PETTINELLI, M.D.
Dr. Pettinelli is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a highly experienced surgeon, having performed over 10,000 eye surgeries. He specializes in refractive surgery and complex cataract removal. Dr. Pettinelli completed his ophthalmology residency training at the prestigious New York University School of Medicine’s Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, and he is further fellowship trained in Cornea and Refractive Surgery from the world-renowned Wilmer Eye Institute at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He later served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The NYU School of Medicine and Instructor in Ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins, where the doctors he instructed in eye surgery voted him their 2005-2006 Teacher of the Year. The Long Island Press has selected him Best of Long Island in Eye Care two years running for 2008 and 2009. |
