I had a great experience at the optical department inside New York Eye Surgery Center. Hector was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating with my mother and me throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain different lens and frame options, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.What stood out most was the level of attention and customer service. Hector genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with our glasses. He was friendly, organized, and made the entire experience very easy from beginning to end.I would definitely recommend New York Eye Surgery Center to anyone looking for great service and someone who will really take the time to help you.

This place is worth the wait! The staff was friendly and professional.Doctor Pettinelli explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions with the help of his assistant Stephanie. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I had a wonderful experience here with my cataract surgeries. The nurses and staff treated me like I was a human and not just a number as they take care of many patients at one time. They were not only kind and attentive but very professional. I was very impressed by my experience.

NY Eye Surgery is absolutely an exceptional surgical facility. Everyone is nice, compassionate and great with patient care I had the absolute Best experience. I will be doing a part 2 to my review because I want to acknowledge certain individuals. I would highly recommend NY Eye Surgery to anyone.
